Acupuncture

Physical Therapy
By evaluating the functional interdependence of each part of the musculoskeletal system and utilizing a variety of methods including exercise, massage, heat, cold, and electricity to work the muscle groups, reducing the swelling of muscles, and aid in flexibility/mobility, physical therapy specializes in healing the patient and restoring them to optimum health.
Chiropractic Care
Using either Manual Adjustment, spinal manipulation through the chiropractor’s hands, or the Activator Method, which uses an adjustment tool to provide low-force adjustments, subluxations are detected and addressed for the purpose of increasing motion in joints, assuring the proper alignment of the spine, stimulating the nervous system, and stretching the muscles surrounding the joints for treating back pain.


Auriculotherapy / Ear Seed Acupuncture
Ear seeding involves using small beads, attached to an adhesive material, and applied to acupuncture points located on the surface of the ear to promote the release of natural endorphins. Gua Sha

Many of our patients have indicated that the treatments are painless. Since acupuncture does involve the use of fine needles, the most you may feel is a slight pinch or a tingling sensation.
This tends to vary from case to case and depends on the severity of the issue. We will recommend a treatment plan based on our evaluation for best results but it is left to the patient on how often you wish to receive treatments.
We start with an initial comprehensive intake and treatment. There is also a telehealth option where the initial consultation can be handled through online conferencing. Afterwards, we will discuss a treatment plan that will give the best results for your condition. This first visit will take about 60-90 minutes. Follow-up visits will take between 45-60 minutes.
Some of our services can be provided for people of all ages but there are a select few that are better suited for adult patients. We would be happy to do a consultation and discuss treatment options for your child.
Physical therapy sessions are customized to each patient, therefore it is difficult to estimate the length of time that it will take to reach your goals until you meet with the physical therapist to discuss your condition. The length of time the therapy will take also depends on the condition that the therapy is healing. As physical therapy is prescribed for a wide range of conditions and ailments, the length of time can range from as short as a few months, to a year.
There are well over 100 types of adjustment techniques used by chiropractors throughout the world. Some practitioners may use force and twisting, while other techniques are more gentle. Regardless of how they are performed, these techniques are intended to restore or enhance joint function with the objectives of reducing pain and resolving joint inflammation.
